About this job:

• Prepare advice and memoranda for individuals and foreign companies;

• Draft contracts and other documents;

• Participate in negotiations;

• Carry out international and local HR projects;

• Work closely with clients and team members in order to provide quality services;

• Coordinate national and international law firms and agencies;

• Provide coaching to junior team members (if senior position)

Requirement:

• Relevant experience, preferably focused on employment law;

• Bachelor and master degree in law;

• Chinese bar exam; additional overseas qualification preferred;

• Experience working with international clients;

• Solid base in PRC corporate/commercial practices and regulations;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English and Mandarin; German language skills is a plus;

• Good client relationship management skills;

• Good problem solving and decision making skills;

• Team player, dynamic and open personality.
